As Co-owner & Founder of First Strike Football Academy i was in charge of a dedicated team of professional, qualified coaches. My duties included a variety of roles. Leadership, motivation, knowledge of the industry, good organisation skills and being able to handle situations when the issue arouse. I founded the academy in April 2011 and gained contracts to work along side 5 local primary schools in the North West of England. Delivering coaching sessions for 1 hour after each school day. I also ran half term and summer camps along with saturday morning clubs and birthday parties. Keeping my staff motivated and up to date with key information was vital along with the delegation and organisation of the coaches aided First Strike to be as successful as it is.

Football Qualifications are an NVQ training provider working all over the country for the last 3 years. Within this job role i was responsible for the organisation of tasks such as training sessions, delegating roles within the team, calling prospective clients and creating meetings. I was also required to keep a close relationship with each of the learners and keep them up to date with what was happening with regards to their course. Administration was a vital part of the job role as well.
