• Supervise and manage my team to ensure that all production procedures are followed in order to achieve the highest level of productivity in the most cost- efficient manner possible while still maintaining the customers’ specifications.• Manage team members’ activities to ensure that they complete production plans; accomplish work results; prioritize; monitor progress; revise employees work schedules; resolve problems, and report results in production summaries.• Oversee and manage the review, monitoring, and resolving of customer claims on product quality to continually improve processes and ensure adherence to all product specifications to reduce claims and maximize yields.• Ensure plant general manufacturing practices are followed and ensure food safety and policy compliance.
