● Design residential houses, hotels, offices, industry spaces and heritage renovations projects. ● Meeting with stakeholders to determine their needs and preferences for a project, creating and presenting design concepts and plans to clients for approval.● Developing detailed drawings, 3D models, and other documentation to communicate design intent to clients, contractors, and vendors.● Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan. Collaborate with project & site managers to resolve design issues & construction challenges. ● Manage project timelines, cost estimates and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered within budget constraints.

● Design interior offices, restaurants, amusement spaces and develop urban expansive projects.● Concept designs through to working drawings, tender, construction and completion.● Meeting with Sales and Clients to determine client and stakeholders’ requirements managing the process right to approval.● Research and source materials and products for company approval and client offering.● Site visits and inspections as required to ensure work is done accordingly to plan and to minimise and design issues or errors for construction.
