Aon completed the acquisition of the Benfield group in 2008 and with the facilities services changing form being managed in house to CBRE. The facilities team reduced by 75% and I was bought across from Aon’s Devonshire Square site to manage the transition and to focus on the client expectation and delivering the same excellent service with a reduced budget.
