Daniel Chambers is TTS's first Technical Account Manager. This is a new hybrid role is a single point of contact for channel product solutioning, technical implementation and production support. Previously, Daniel worked in Product Market Management on the TTS NAM Digital Channels team, as aGlobal Service Executive in TTS Operations.  Daniel has held roles in Service, Implementation and Digital Client Support management.Before joining Citi in 2007, Daniel was the IT manager for Ceramic Protection Corporation of America where he was responsible for Windows Server Management and MRP/ERP support. Daniel was with Chase Card Services for 7 years, holding roles in Lockbox Application Support, Windows Administration and Unix Operations.In 2013 Daniel was certified by Villanova University as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Sensei. Daniel earned a MCSA for Windows 2000.Daniel is based in Delaware, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children.
