2013 • DIAC Graduate• Tier 3 Support for Identity Service Repository (ISR).• Develop an in-house Java tool to assist my team in their BAU work. 2014 • Tier 3 Support and Developer for APEC Business Travel Card Web Systems (ABTC). • Establish the Web Service integration between the ABTC and ACIC. Allowing automated NPHC check for Australian applications.• Develop and deliver 2 Java tools to be used by my team to automate and reduce time taken for BAU work.
