Senior Recruitment Advisor
CurrentI currently look after the full end to end recruitment cycle for Associate level (NQ-5 PQE) and paralegal recruitment across all UK offices for Business Group B (Corporate, Private Client, Tax & Incentives, Financial Services & Competition & Employment, Mobility & Pensions).My primary responsibilities include:Managing the key stakeholder relationship through the end to end hiring process; adopting an advisory approach whilst ensuring best practice advice is followedEstablishing the business case for the hire with the hiring partner and the relevant Talent Business Partner - understanding the allocation of resource/headcount within the relevant team, the appropriate level of the hire to ensure cost effectiveness and actively managing the authorisation process with the key stakeholdersAgreeing the job spec for the role, preparing job descriptions with hiring partners, agreeing the attraction and selection process, drafting and placing adverts and recommending/introducing appropriate agenciesEnsuring the effective use of social media, job boards and other media to source candidates where agency assistance is not required or desirable
