Support all desktop and server IT Services including desktop PCs, laptops, servers, IP telephony and office printing, manage routine maintenance jobs for different project, data backups and ensure that they are secure and reliable. Working on following project： RTA Project, Sydney University rollout Project, Westpac Co-operation project, Westpac Rolling out project, DET Deployment project a, Essential Energy project and Windows 7 upgrade and deployment project for SKM， Department of Education and Community Windows 7 Upgrade Project.Duties:• Responsible for networking, installation, configuration and maintenance services.• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users via telephone, email and remote access technology for example, Logme in ,teamviewer and Windows RDP.• Networking and providing support for windows issues.• Building, configuration and troubleshooting of server and hardware.• Working within a TCP/IP Network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.• Implementing and managing Active Directory.• Providing documentation on operational System and user procedure and guidelines.Key skills and competencies:• Experience as a Technical Leaser for projects and Staging.• Excellent customer facing and report building skill• Experience of Windows server 2003/2008 R2, Windows 7/XP and Office 2007• Commercial technical support experience of servers and network infrastructure.
