Strategic Transformation Office – Business Process Improvement• Tasked with conceptualising, initiating and implementing projects to improve the company’s existing processes in terms of operational efficiency which can be measured via increase in profit, reduction in expenses as well as simplification of existing processes to improve turnaround time (TAT) of deliverables.Strategic Transformation Office – Control Tower (PMO)• Was in charge of managing a timeline of agreed project and to ensure all deliverables are done as per scheduled.• Ensuring all projects are carried out in strict accordance of Project Management methodology, from conceptualisation to execution. • Required to prepare and present project updates to company leadership for Management Committee as well board meetings when required.

Maintains the financial portfolio for both Retail & Wholesale Digital Banking, for both Hong Leong Bank and Hong Leong Islamic Bank; he is a key component in ensuring all Digital Innovations are carried out in strict accordance of Project Management methodology, from conceptualisation to execution.Key responsibilities include:- Assessing viability of project (Infrastructure improvements, system maintenance and marketing campaigns) before commissioning of funds to undertake initiatives.- Determine key measurement metrics for projects to track progress post-execution.- Budget setting and tracking for digital departments.
