- Oversee network connectivity, implementation and troubleshooting for server, routers, switches, wireless, PCs/laptops, printers and scanners.- Installs, configures and supports Linux server, 2003 Server, 2008 Server and Database Servers.- To design & maintain current network that company have established.- To look into security needs of company network system.- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for network issues related to software/hardware setup and configuration.- User training and helpdesk support – providing end user PC/IT support, to support Windows and Linux platform and other software application.- Assist in integration with ERP modules, data migration and other related task assigned and closely with ERP implementation team- To administer the Point of Sales (mPOS), SAP Business One and WMS system.- Regularly perform system backup- daily, weekly and monthly.- To support and maintain MYSQL & MS SQL Database, PAPX system and Google Apps.- Generate IT administration tasks involving fixed asset register, documentation and etc.- Liaising with hardware/software vendors that provide services to the company.
