I provide a quality experience for our guests by answering questions and addressing concerns. I was fortunate to be able to have provided wheelchair service for our guests with disabilities in the 2013 season. Starting in the 2014 season I was added to a new Proactive Response Team in the Guest Services department to personally interact with guests immediately after a negative experience and resolve any issues that may have occurred.

Worked under supervision of Dr. Deborah Curtis for the Niagara University College of Hospitality. I worked on various different projects from surveying to researching. I also updated our webpage on the university website.

As a student intern in an 8th Grade Social Studies class I was able to get a great feel for educating in the classroom. I designed lesson plans and an individual presentation project, worked with students, graded tests and assignments, and instructed in front of the class.

As an intern of the Promotions department at the Buffalo Bisons I assisted in the execution of various events and sponsored promotions throughout the duration of games. I coordinated with fellow interns and mascots to perform assigned tasks. I also performed promotions as a mascot as well.
