Provide all-source analysis of state and non-state actor use of the Internet and associated technologies as enablers for recruitment, command and control, operational planning, communication, fundraising, and training for the Defense Iintelligence Agency. Conduct all-source strategic analysis of adversarial use of social media, virtual worlds, and online games, threats that these technologies pose to US and DoD interests, and Internet trends to form a picture of the information environment. Provide all-source analysis support to US and DoD indications and warning activities, technological and information operations, and psychological operations. Craft social media research methodologies and strategies to improve research processes.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) -- Afghanistan Pakistan Task Force (APTF) -- Pentagon Intelligence Fusion Center (PIFC) All-Source Intelligence Analyst. Coordinates and facilitates international intelligence fusion between the US intelligence community and NATO partner intelligence officers in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistnan). Conducts intelligence research utilizing automated messaging systems and Afghan theater intelligence reports for release to Spanish, German, Italian, Danish intelligence agencies through US BICES. Reviews document for releasability and proper classification marking in conjuction with DIA Foreign Disclosure Representatives (FDR) and/or Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDO). Transfers approved reports across JWICS, SIPR, Centrix (CX-I), and BICES domains.

Kandahar Intelligence Fusion Center (KIFC) CJ2 Fusion Kandahar Team Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC); Combined Joint Task Force 3 (CJTF-3), Headquarters Regional Command South (RC(S)), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF): The Fusion Kandahar Team is responsible for researching and producing timely and relevant fused all-source intelligence assessments and products to support the RC(S) Commanding General, ISAF Joint Command, subordinate units, Special Operations Task Forces, multi-national partners, and the intelligence community. The NCOIC responsibilities include the leadership, training and direction of ten subordinate analysts and the supervision of intelligence research, production, quality control, and dissemination of the unified intelligence picture.As Kandahar Team NCOIC, I am responsible for synchronizing the intelligence picture within Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, to include information on enemy forces, political and cultural influencers, and Afghan National Security Forces’ capabilities and leadership. I supervise the identification of intelligence gaps and development of HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and ISR collection requirements to meet the Priority Information Requirements of the Commanding General RC(S). Production requirements for the Kandahar Team include Operations and Intelligence Briefings to the RC(S) command staff, a weekly Intelligence Summary, and the production of a weekly decision brief directing ISR allocation and decisive combat operations in RC(S). I trained Kandahar Team analysts in the use of available systems and databases, to include Palantir, M3, ArcGIS, MiRC, TAC, Google Earth, QueryTree, CIDNE, Analyst Notebook, and COIC UDOP.

3rd Infantry Division (3ID) G2 Analysis and Control Element (ACE) Targeting Analyst and Fusion Team Leader, Fort Stewart, Georgia: Supervised, researched, produced, and presented timely and relevant fused all-source intelligence assessments and products to the 3ID Commanding General. Conducted Intelligence Preparation for the Operating Environment (IPOE) for USD-South, Iraq, and Regional Command South, Afghanistan, to include analysis of political, military, economic, social, tribal, and terrain factors. Trained five junior analysts in developing intelligence assessments, threat network analysis, analytical writing, data mining, and the Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) Area of Operations.

Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF) Exploitation Analyst, Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF): As a CJSOTF exploitation analyst, I was responsible for driving the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Assess (F3EA) intelligence cycle. I identified targeting intelligence gaps and directing HUMINT collection in support of CJSOTF time-sensitive High Value Individual (HVI) targeting efforts. Additionally, I analyzed technically, and tactically identified information and validated it through available SIGINT, IMINT and special intelligence which resulted in daily reports and Target Information Packets (TIPs) that were actioned upon by CJSOTF elements.
