Served as a recruiting operations trainer in support of over 40 recruiters within 6 recruiting regions covering a 3 state area. The subject matter expert for all training initiatives; assists the region and district managers in determining training needs; conducts training at every level training functions; conducts on-site training assistance visits; analyzes training data and provides recommendations to the company’s leadership; coordinates and conducts training for policy, doctrine and information management systems and technology changes; manages all developmental programs for the recruiting force.

Directed and led an Army Recruiting Center consisting of 11 recruiters covering the State of South Dakota. Maintained relationships with 16 colleges, 120 High Schools and built relationships with civic leaders throughout the community. Provided direct oversight and responsibility for the planning and execution of the districts recruiting mission. Managed and supported a plan to achieve stated objectives through the facilitation of prospecting and processing activities. Compiled statistical reports concerning recruitment, interviews, transfers, promotions, discharges and performance appraisals.
