Developed analytical models to predict electricity consumption – used these models to build a case to postpone capex spending in electricity generation infrastructure for 3 years. At the same time, implemented a conservation campaign targeting the firm’s that achieved a net reduction in maximum electricity usage in 66% of targeted customers.• Worked within an ad-hoc committee reporting to the VCEO to devise and implement 7 management KPI’s for the organization’s new Balanced Scorecard scorecard; efforts brought about the required transparency to support better decision making and align corporate reporting to international standards.
