• Run the day to day warehouse/logistics operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow of production, warehouse, administrative and receiving/delivery of product
• Responsible for inventory levels within the warehouse in coordination with General Manager and Operations Manager
• Maintains applicable certifications in coordination with DC management team and connecting functional departments
• Coordinate with drayage providers to deliver daily inbound containers based on priority
• Receive shipment tenders from store support planning team and work with warehouse operations to plan weekly shipments with carriers
• Ship and track outbound shipments to stores and troubleshoot any delivery issues

• Coordinate the receipt of all inbound purchase orders and transfers into the distribution center, including all documentation, system updates, and internal and external communication
• Review daily receiving priorities and adjust appropriately according to replenishment needs
• Daily interaction with vendors, carriers, and other supervisors, buyers and buyers’ assistants, Logistics Coordinators and managers
• Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with all company inventory, shipping and receiving, and customer service-related standard operating procedures
• Conduct frequent and thorough safety inspections of packaging, product, and equipment
• Maintain general cleanliness, organization, and appearance inside and outside of the warehouse.
