I am a graduate of the Faculty of Letters (Bachelor‘s degree) and American Studies (Master’s degree) being specialized in Philology and Cultural Studies. I would say it's a field that opens your eyes and your mind towards a wide range of socio-cultural aspects of society.I believe that everybody has something that can contribute to creating a better world. This is why I chose volunteer work to be my career driver. It also made me understand the basics of working for a common goal within a team, the level of responsibility you have to take, and the impact your work has on others.I love to challenge myself in giving the best solutions to improve customers’ experience and safety as well as to empathize with them. I have done this for over 4 years working with various customers/clients either as a Sales Advisor, Digital Agent, Social Media Analyst or Senior Research Specialist.At the same time, I'm developing my own side project: I am working as a personal stylist to make more people embrace their identities and love their bodies.I’m all for lifelong learning and my guiding principle is that if you want to add value to something/somebody, first you have to become the best version of yourself.
