•My main responsibility when I joined Principal was to provide support to customers for their printers, multi-functional devices and all of their printing solutions as well as providing support to our field engineering team, sales team and our administration team throughout the business•This included contacting customers on a daily basis to ensure that our meter collection software was working correctly onsite.I have also given customers many solutions to problems over the phone and through remote sessions ensuring that they understand what i have done to resolve, so in the future they may be able to fix themselves.•I am trained and certified on the installation and ongoing support of many print / scan workflow solutions (eCopy,Papercut,Invu,UniFLOW, Equitrac,Virtual Cabinet,FMAudit,PCounter,Nsi Autostore, Scanpath, Everyone Print and Print Audit)•I have given training on our printer auditing system to our field engineers and sales team to enable them to use it to its full potential.• I progressed into a Solutions Consultant role within Principal, and was involved with Pre Sales meetings and Post sales installation and management of print management solutions that we maintain and support for our customers.• I covered all of our offices across this south of England (Ashford, Fareham, Horsham + London). I also provide technical support to our sister company's. (Exeter + Newcastle)
