As a Technical Operations Analyst, I supported the Explanation-Based Auditing System (EBAS), a system for monitoring user-patient accesses in healthcare systems. I supported the tool in a variety of ways, including:-Triaged issues with the ETL pipeline-Performed updates to the tool to ensure clients had access to the latest features-Pulled historical data from Athena upon client request-Ensured data integrity by comparing raw data from clients with the data from reports we generated-Wrote Python and Bash scripts to facilitate the automation of reoccurring tasks (such as generating reports, or calling ETL scripts over many files)-Met with customers to troubleshoot issues they had with the tool-Performed log analysis and analyzed event reporting (via DataDog) to find the root cause of issues-Applied hotfixes and individual client settings to optimize performance on a per-client basis

As a desktop support technician, I ensure that call center agents are able to access their systems, have accounts in active directory, and assist them with hardware and software issues when needed. Additionally, I also image computers for our various contracts to ensure that they have the appropriate software for each client.
