-Presided over the development and installation of a $6 Million manufacturing facility for a wind turbine blade furniture production studio. Researched required equipment, materials for said facility, and strategized with the executive team on workstation design for most efficient production workflows, safety, and to meet local regulations.-Managed contracts and budgets with external vendors during installations.-Conducted daily standup meetings with on-site team to review scope, update reporting, and to ensure the projects were on schedule.
