Working on the registers as a customer service specialist, I was able to hone my customer service skills, as well as learning how to upsell protection plans on certain items, as well as providing customers with the right information on the return policies, and the benefits included when signing up for the Dicks store credit card. In January of 2023, I was in the top 150 associates in the country for NSSP (no sweat protection plan) sales. Being a Customer Service Specialist, you are trusted to count all the cash tills at the end of the night and making sure the tills, and safe, were both balanced at the end of the night.
