About Daniel Conway

I am a learning designer, university teacher and professionally accredited editor with a passion for instructional design. Before moving into education, I established a career as a book editor commissioning and producing non-fiction titles in the UK publishing industry. I have since worked as a teacher in the university sector in both the UK and Australia delivering academic courses (blended and online) and as a learning designer. My work in teaching and editing has provided me with a strong skillset and interest in applying accessible instructional design solutions to engage learners. My academic background is in literature and language and I hold a master's degree from The University of Sheffield with a Cambridge CELTA teaching qualification. I also have a Grad Cert in Education (Innovative Learning Design) from Queensland University of Technology. I am a professional member of the Institute of Professional Editors (IPEd) and am accredited with The Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).
