I also ensured that OSR’s were competent and confident in reading and analysing launch monitor data for effective use.Completed thorough analysis on all current and superseded iron and wood shafts.Analysis was completed on usage (past and present), SOH, relevance in current market, performance.Working with the demand planning and operations team, there was a significant reduction in holding resulting in over $200k of components being written off but allowing for a much simpler and financially responsible stock holding. New and ‘in demand’ shafts were introduced to satisfy demand of consumers and provide fitters with up to date components.Created and implemented the use of Myagi Training from infancy, with all CGSP staff are connected to the learning platform.
