I advise clients on information technology regulatory issues, particularly data protection, e-commerce and data security matters, and regularly work with leading technology companies, including social networking sites and online content and entertainment providers, on their European and global compliance strategies. I am qualified to practice in the United Kingdom, Ireland and United States.I also have a great deal of experience advising companies on the regulation of new and emerging technologies, such as e-health, IoT, Big Data platform, AI and blockchain, and have represented companies in connection with regulatory enforcement actions throughout the EU and in their response to data breaches globally. I also advise the Council of Europe's Committee on Convention 108+ in relation to the Macolin Convention and am very familiar with the unique privacy issues affecting modern sport.
