As an assistant manager at Jimmy Johns I am in charge of ensuring that the store day runs smoothly. I in charge of ensuring my staff is working to the best of their ability and ensuring that no issues arise during the day. My day to day tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, ensuring staff is working efficiently, ensure the store is organized at all times and that product is available at all times to ensure optimum levels of success.

My duties as a Public Relations intern were to create press releases for the website in regards to current events happening with the non-profit organization. Additionally, I was charged with creating content for social media platforms that would be approved by director of social media. My job was a hands-on learning experience in public relations.
