Senior leader of a multidisciplinary group that is responsible for the delivery of technology and process improvements that enable and transform operational activities. The role purpose is ensuring that the optimum technical solution is delivered against the contract requirements. This was achieved through matrix management of various internal resources, and engagement of external consultants where required (team of approx. 17 involved directly).

Scope and review design reports.Key achievements included completion of business case and handover to remove protection load constraints on 59 circuits, development of interconnecting transformer standard design.
