As a technical sales engineer at AESSeal, I specialise in improving plant reliability through proper application of sealing technologies to rotary equipment. I am involved with client education, equipment specification, sales and project delivery. I have a strong engineering service and customer support background which involved dealing with various stakeholders, often with differing needs.

I was taken on to build and manage the aftermarket department of Gall Thomson. This job entails a broad range of skills, as I manage workflow, both my own and in the factory, advise customers on technical matters, write engineering reports, perform inspections in our factory and at customer's site.I have written and delivered training materials to major oil and gas OEMs worldwide.I also work in a sales capacity, so in addition to needing detailed technical knowledge and management skills, I also have to communicate well with customers and take commercial considerations into account.Recently I have built and managed a network of licenced service centres around the world, writing specifications and procedures to ensure best practice is adhered to and training is properly staged.

Programme planning with engineering team, estimating, writing proposal/contract documents.Required good engineering knowledge to fully understand the scope of all types of work performed by Lotus Engineering.Have also done some project management and received training in the same.
