Im currently in retirement, but still do some freelance patternmaking and grading for clients.Have more than 30years experience in the industry and can make patterns, grade manually and on the computer (gerber system), have knowledge of the polygon, and assist system as well. I've been a facilitator for Clotex more than 15yrs on the following projects, basic patternmaking, advanced patternmaking and grading.Ive been employed as a grading department manager, design room manager and Technical manager for the truworths department while working for Peter blond. I have my diploma in clothing design from the old Cape Town Technicon.
