Dan Crow is one of the firm’s primary litigation attorneys. He has advocated for owners, construction managers, contractors and design professionals in all aspects of the design and construction process. Dan has litigated numerous complex, multi-party construction cases in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution boards. Dan’s experience encompasses claims for breach of contract, fraud, adjacent property issues, delay damages, impact and loss of productivity claims, construction defect claims, surety bond claims, professional negligence claims, mechanic’s lien claims and violations under the trust provisions of the N.Y. Lien Law.Dan’s wide range of litigation experience lends insight to the firm’s transactional practice, where Dan represents owners in preparing and negotiating construction contracts. Dan regularly engages in troubleshooting on construction projects.
