Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

• Oversee day to day facility operations of a 148-bed hospital and 15 offsite facilities.• Ensure 24/7/365 coverage (including on-call schedule).• Provide hands on support to repair, replace, and maintain safe and reliable building operations.• Supervise CBRE engineering team to ensure safe and timely completion of work orders.• Manage vendors to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed while on site. • Perform operations managers duties as needed. • Perform any MEP task needed to promote cost savings.• Perform and inspect all PM’s which include Medical Gas, MEP, Emergency Generators, and Life Safety.• Perform quality assurance on all completed work at facility.
