With a career spanning over 18 years in the live events industry, I am able to offer a wealth of technical and production expertise allied to outstanding people, project management and communication skills. This experience has seen me successfully plan and deliver a wide range of high profile events at world class venues while working under pressure to strict deadlines and budgets. I excel in relationship management; in providing confident and effective liaison with clients, promoters, artists, suppliers etc, and, tapping into my extensive network of industry contacts, in recruiting, developing and managing teams of highly skilled technicians, managers and engineers. This ability to motivate teams to go the extra mile is underpinned by strong negotiation, problem-solving and logistical skills and a calm and creative approach to finding solutions in the most stressful of crises or emergencies. My determination to ensure that the show goes on, whatever the challenges, and is the very best it can be, has helped build my reputation within the industry as a dedicated, resourceful, personable professional who can be trusted to deliver.
