During the past years worked for Bimbo I have had different responsibilities all of them with good results.As a program manager: During the past years I have being the responsible to manage the IT Project related to business and system integration of new companies the last of them that occurred in North America (US and Canada) and Europe (UK), being this latest integration project the largest and complex acquisition that the company has made in the last years. The project considered the integration of three business units located in three different countries were a complete application footprint and standard infrastructure was implemented.The main goal of the integration projects has been to integrate the acquired or incorporated companies to the common platform and processes used in the Group allowing it to continue the path of continues growth.The past roles allowed me to gain specialized knowledge of the business process model that includes policies and procedures and the technology that is used to support them including the common platform used in al company (Oracle ERP).

As an IT Manager (tower leader) I was responsible of:- Managing the portfolio and budget of infrastructure related projects to Corporate functions of the company (HR, Finance, Property Management, Comptrollership, Corporate and many others complying with the company standards. - Support Management. As an IT manager the role also considered to provide support of the existing application used by the Corporate business functions in all countries were the company has presence, the support that was provided in partnering with some vendors included comply and report the SLA’s that are stablished with them.Some of the detailed responsibilities have been:- Partner with project team members, stakeholders and management to identify creative solutions to IT infrastructure challenges.- Evaluate project requests, as well as functional requirements to determine their business value,ROI and challenge requests that do not have clear benefits.- Work with infrastructure managers to follow the standards of the company.- Develop detailed project plans showing resource requirements, dependencies and timelines.- Incorporate effective change management and risk management controls- Partner with IT and business leadership and other stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize projects- Provide weekly updates to stakeholders, highlighting issues and plans for resolution, key accomplishments, planned tasks and target/revised/actual dates for all key project milestones. - Analyze short- and long-term resource needs with all project teams.- Proactively identify and manage changes in the scope stablishing the scope control process.- Manage project resources ensuring quality completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines.- Participate in the implementation the Grupo model project Management Methodology.- Responsible for the control, budget and hiring activities with IT partners (consultancy) that work within the company.

Relevant Expertise: I performed for two years mainly as Project Manager participating in the following projects:Business Processes Outsourcing Project Manager in Avon Mexico. Participating in due diligence and outsourcing transition stages of the Payroll, Income and, Collections processes of AVON.Project Manager in Grupo ALSEA (Burger King, Dominos Pizza, etc), Implementing the Oracle E-Business Suite under a shared services model. Project Manager in Bimbo – participating in the Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.9 Upgrade together with the Legated Systems integrating the Grupo Bimbo solution in four different Regions (Mexico, Brazil, USA and, Latin America.) Applications’ Support Services Delivery Manager for Grupo Bimbo insuring support to the Grupo applications and compliance of the service levels agreed on with the client.
