Managed and created audits for 20-30 employees in a full service food warehouse and liquor warehouse. Lead in the inbound and outbound delivery of orders from kitchens in all parks. Created and implemented a learning and development program with new employees for picking, PIT equipment, deliveries, and safety. Made necessary adjustments as warehouse production increased.Implemented new idea for deliveries and picking, successfully kept kitchens stocked for peak seasons, and exceeded customer experience.
