Supervision of directly employed and sub contracted operatives on the Surrey Term Maintenance Contract. Manage Health and Safety and ensure company policies are followed. Experience includes:~Re- Active service: Potholing, White works, A&E gangs, Rotas, Audits and pushing productivity. Winter Maintenance driving and Lead driver responsibilities including auditing of grit runs to ensure KPI targets are met.~Minor Planned: Management of Drainage investigations, Re-surfacing schemes.White works and Footpath/Carriageway maintenance. Liaising and building relationships with contractors and the client.Fully responsible for the management of Sign's maintenance~ITS schemes: Footpath Re-construction, Traffic Signal upgrading, Carriageway widening, Traffic calming and various Highway's improvement projects. Working alongside Engineers to ensure designs are followed.
