Working as a Member Liaison for an exotic car club. Club fleet includes but not limited to brands such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Mclaren, and Porsche. As part of the Member liaison and Sales Ops team duties include assisting with Inside & Outside Sales, in addition to handling inbound leads and developing own sales leads for Club Membership sales. Other duties include answering, responding, and booking phone, email, and live online chat sales and events inquiries. Documenting customer interactions through Salesforce, forecasting pipelines, and reporting on successes as well as concerns/issues to management. Lead exotic car tours and sprints and providing customers with the ultimate driving experience in the ultimate in luxury and performance vehicles. Assist Operations team with support and vehicle check in and out.

Responsible for initial meet and greet with customers visiting the shop and answering emails and set-up online appointments. Responsible for labor and profit goals. Gather as much information about the customers concerns and produce the customer with an estimate for the repairs. Dispatch work load to the proper technicians to ensure shop runs efficiently. Additional repair estimates are formed and customer is informed of the cause and recommended repairs and maintenance for the customers vehicle. In charge of ordering all parts for repairs and general maintenance. Responsible for keeping track and ordering of shop supplies and fluids. Responsible for going over the repairs with the customer after repairs are completed. Customer follow up is performed to ensure customer is happy with the service we provided.
