Later I realized that we would have to adapt the methodology a bit to the company since it did not have clear roles, the absence of a product owner, implied that it also began to take the role, maintaining the backlog and reviewing the requirements is part of what I currently have as an activity. It could also be said that although we try to follow SCRUM, I must make some decisions typical of a current PM, managing the team at the level of leave, vacations, salary negotiations among others, also delegating responsibilities to the team following the priorities set by the product team. Little by little the company has been growing, currently we are already a team of 7 people including me, every day as well as the first day I arrive I try to change the ways of working and gradually form all the roles of the organization. My activity in this position is control and tracking of mobile applications in the circle of life of them. Create the plan to complete all the functionality and test the complete applications. Also I'm in charge of tracking the tickets in JIRA, my project leader create the petition and I take care to follow up, assign the developer and validate that the information is correct.

I learned how to manage computers through the network, manage it and configure routers to have communication between them and have a remote data network through VPN, configuration of printers for its implementation by network.
