Later I realized that we would have to adapt the methodology a bit to the company since it did not have clear roles, the absence of a product owner, implied that it also began to take the role, maintaining the backlog and reviewing the requirements is part of what I currently have as an activity. It could also be said that although we try to follow SCRUM, I must make some decisions typical of a current PM, managing the team at the level of leave, vacations, salary negotiations among others, also delegating responsibilities to the team following the priorities set by the product team. Little by little the company has been growing, currently we are already a team of 7 people including me, every day as well as the first day I arrive I try to change the ways of working and gradually form all the roles of the organization.
