This is a company that I have started, designed to provide consistent high quality tutoring to students who want to achieve top grades. I have used my position as a tutor to help change students mentality towards approaching exams and certain subjects to make them more motivated to study and pursue them. Here is a review from one of my students that I came to be really proud of: I came to Dan when I was going through one of the roughest times of my life, my mum had stage 3 cancer. A broken, shattered kid who just wanted his mother healed wanted external comfort, just an “it will be alright” when times were tough. Not many people knew but Dan did. He knew my grades in my year 11 mocks in November, I failed most classes and scraped a pass in some. I was embarrassed to tell someone as academically outstanding like him my grades, but when I told him, he said “let’s get to work Radin”. So we did, non stop grafting together on zoom calls, always checking my mindset, on my family, and in my March mocks just a few months after failing most subjects I got 9s, 8s and only one 7, just a few months after working with him. He changed everything and turned everything around for me. I owe so much Dan and highly recommend if you are looking for a tutor he is by far the best I know or ever have had and I hope to work together with him during A-levels as I know with him, I’m set. I have had to pleasure to work with SPECTRUM from a while now. Which is a charity that partners up children with neurological and physical impairments and deficits with two volunteers. In my experience we travel and participate in activities with our child that we see bi-weekly, helping them develop interactions with people and going out and do activities to help them grow as individuals. This experience has really allowed me help tailor my methods of communication and understanding, especially to children who are unable to formulate speech properly, to make sure that their needs are met and that they have fun experiences that I hope they enjoy as much as we do.

Volunteering to host a range of lectures to premed students at EGAS, I was able to connect with young students, spark interest, and relay key information to help them understand the hardships, the benefits and also the reality of being a medical student. I had a great time and I am glad to have developed my public speaking skills.

Here I have shown commitment by sticking with cadets and I have learned many valuable skills. I have been on multiple leadership courses and teaching courses, and hold the rank of Regimental Sergeant Major. I have also affiliated with a musical Corps of Drums and hold the appointment of Colonel's Drummer.

I applied to this establishment to gain a better understanding of how to care for the old and vulnerable. Here I managed to understand more about mental health problems such as: Dementia and Alzheimer. I also learned important team skills such as management and selfless commitment as I sometimes had to cancel plans to help the staff care for the residents. This is shown as a woman with dementia was getting agitated as she wanted to "to leave home for tea with her mum" and here I had to use techniques such as changing the subject subtly and white lies. This is as most people with dementia are in their own little "bubble" so to help ease the residents pain often helping them in this alternate reality helps ease them.
