I am currently serving as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 100th Mission Support Group at Royal Air Force Mildenhall. With over two decades of dedicated service in the United States Air Force, I have had the privilege of leading and mentoring some truly remarkable teams.As a firefighter by trade and an experienced Fire Chief, I have honed my skills in casting vision, strategic planning, and empowering others to achieve their best. My extensive journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set, including operations within the U.S. Department of Defense, incident command, event planning, customer service, personnel management, and strategic planning. Additionally, I have served as a Career Assistance Advisor, where I provided guidance and support for career development, helping individuals navigate their professional paths and achieve their goals.Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to leadership and coaching. I have led numerous training programs and workshops aimed at developing leadership skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. My approach to leadership is centered on empowering others, building high-performing teams, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. I believe in the power of mentorship and have dedicated significant time to coaching and developing future leaders within the Air Force.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Trident University International, which has been instrumental in shaping my leadership style.
