Summarizing and generating the data into a daily report of all machines’ previous 24-hour status.Work Instructions: Bringing the work instructions posted on each machine up-to-date with the latest format and safety guidelines.Daily PM’s: Completing daily safety tasks of rotated areas. An example would be auditing the work instructions or safety equipment of a given area and then recording the results on the plant’s daily PM board.Communication: Presentation of the previous day’s downtime at the daily 7am meeting.
