I am an Employment and Administrative lawyer with extensive experience in the legal industry. I am experienced in advising Commonwealth and State Government clients in administrative law matters; including workers' compensation claims, industrial relations disputes and discrimination claims. I regularly appear as a solicitor advocate before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Fair Work Commission and Australian Human Rights Commission.I am a principled and pragmatic adviser and I am focused on working in collaboration with my clients to resolve matters that should be resolved and to pursue matters that should be pursued with respect and compassion. I am also a passionate advocate for alternative dispute resolution and often participate in dispute resolution in the most sensitive of matters. In addition to legal advice work, I develop and deliver training programs to public and private sector clients on claims management, workplace relations issues and legal ethics.
