I am responsible for overseeing the distribution of essential products, including baby diapers, sanitary napkins, and masks, to multiple distribution centers. My role encompasses ensuring efficient logistics, maintaining optimal stock levels, and coordinating deliveries to align with the demands and lead times of our distribution network.

Working together with 36 other people in 8 divisions, from various majors who share the same religion, we operate an organization that serves as a second home for individuals of our faith. It is a family-based place for Buddhist students to learn, develop their potential skills, and embody kindness in accordance with the Buddha Dhamma. Our organizational structure has been established for almost 30 years
