I have over 29 years’ experience in the IT and technology sector; the past 20 years of which have been working in national and global IT service providers.My experience and expertise is around 3 key areas:-• Development of local and international IT services technical capabilities and service operations• Pre-sales / service & solution design for large / complex customer requirements• IT Services portfolio management and value proposition development. I bring my experience and expertise to identify how Ricoh’s IT services business can successfully deliver services and solutions that add value, overcome challenges and address customer objectives. This is through ensuring the right mix of people, processes, technology and partners. The Ricoh Group has consistently provided innovative products and services since its inception in 1936. Today, we are expanding our reach beyond the traditional office, as our customers are working in new digital workplaces.
