My role is centred on ensuring that Ricoh continually understands and responds to customers' IT related needs across EMEA and internationally, driving service capability, business value and innovation. I have over 29 years’ experience in the IT and technology sector; the past 20 years of which have been working in national and global IT service providers.My experience and expertise is around 3 key areas:-• Development of local and international IT services technical capabilities and service operations• Pre-sales / service & solution design for large / complex customer requirements• IT Services portfolio management and value proposition development. I bring my experience and expertise to identify how Ricoh’s IT services business can successfully deliver services and solutions that add value, overcome challenges and address customer objectives.
