I have not worked in the service industry for 1 year but I have 6 years of experience. I previously worked at both a McDonald's and a local pet store called Elliott's for Pets. I quickly received the opportunity to be a key holder at Elliott's and so I quite McDonald's to focus on my interpersonal customer relationships at the store. I lead the store in sales for our largest promotion of the year in 2017. With the Key Holder Position came more responsibility such as closing out the register at the end of the night/ mid shift, handling special order items for customers and of course opening or closing the store each day.
