• Manage the delivery of operational, administrative, reporting, analytical and technology priorities within the Fund Operations division  • Accountable for decisions about the allocation of resources against firm goals and priorities • Provide training, skill development, feedback and ongoing career coaching to direct reports  • Evaluate performance, make compensation recommendations and conduct annual and semi-annual performance reviews • Responsible for planning and strategize across the department projects to ensure adequate resourcing, financial impacts, inter dependencies, and roadmaps for strategy planning. • Translate roadmaps into actionable plans while leading collaborative partnerships and dialog across multiple business units and functions• Provide oversight and leadership of specific projects within the program including setting priorities, evaluating outcomes and making recommendations• Identify, attract and develop top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement• Provide meaningful feedback, recognition, performance evaluation, and training and development opportunities for all associates • Maintain relationships across the firm with a well-diversified, senior network of investment and non-investment personnel• Partner in risk assessments and assist with the development of strategic plans to mitigate risks• Manage department and project budgets• Focus on strategic initiatives, research and planning of new and current programs/funds, project implementation, tracking and coordination, contract negotiations, and resource allocation. • Organizational leadership, strategic business planning, process improvement, and critical talent decisions • Work closely with IT to ensure product development technology projects are properly prioritized, planned, and successfully implemented with Operations teams • Relationship Manager and point of contact for vendor relations

• Responsible for improving the production of the operations organization• Liaise with Executive team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals• Planning and monitoring of the day to day running of the department to ensure smooth progress and efficiecy• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer experience• Review financial information and adjust operating budget to promote profitability • Revise and formulate policies and promote their implementation• Manage relationships and agreements with external parties and vendors • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data, metrics, and KPI’s• Manage implementation of business guidelines and strategies working with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with guidelines• Ensure business operates within company mission statement • Liaison to Sales and Finance for sales reporting projects• External and internal sales management reporting with emphasis on data integrity and governance• Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports essential to the sales organization • Support the implementation of enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. • Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments
