- Led a unique team of 4 highly specialized analysts responsible for third phase video analysis, software development and testing, and advanced video editing - Pioneered the Video Storyboard product and process for the GEOINT Exploitation Troop (GET)- Routinely coordinated with 3-star headquarters on strategic intelligence products used to brief key decision makers in the National Capital Region (NCR) to include the Secretary of Defense, members of the National Security Council and President of the United States- Created and oversaw the creation of non-standard GEOINT products in response to unique RFI’s submitted to the GET- Duties included testing and development, recommendations for updates and implementation of all new software throughout the GET- Responsible for testing and evaluating new hardware/software in support of Full Motion Video (FMV) Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) operations- Tested and led the development of VidEx, a government owned FMV exploitation system. VidEx resulted in a net savings of 3 million dollars for the US Government in its first year- Worked directly with on-site software developers responsible for providing the GET with new technologies. Responsibilities include creating requirements, testing new software and implementing the software across a 24/7 ops floor - Coordinated and executed visits from outside vendors demonstrating new software- Project lead on the ISR Toolkit, a software application now used worldwide to ingest ISR data and provide analysts target data in near real time- Led the process to develop the techniques and methodologies by which the GET uses VidEx to receive and exploit digital FMV and imagery- Effectively managed a team of contractors, military and government civilians according to each employer's unique regulations, policies and procedures.
