This experience laid the groundwork for my future roles and instilled in me a deep appreciation for effective operations management and customer-centric service.Currently, I am channeling my expertise into two exciting ventures: • As a part-time Sales Assistant at Ancillaries Plug and Play Solutions (APPS), I contribute to sales strategies and support the team in driving revenue growth. • In parallel, I am the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Aphrodite Advisory Services, where I spearhead business strategy, marketing initiatives, and operational management to elevate service quality and foster growth.My skills encompass customer service, sales, marketing, business strategy, operations management, and business planning.
