As the CFO of Nephrology Associates, I orchestrated a transformative shift in the organization's financial and administrative operations. Leading a diverse team of 50, I introduced robust policies spanning multiple departments, from treasury to marketing. My strategic oversight ensured timely and precise financial reporting, which in turn facilitated consistent earnings aligned with management's expectations.
