Experienced PLC Technician with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods and automotive industries. Strong operations professional with an Associates degree in Applied science, majoring in electrical technology from Southcentral Community and Technical College. I help to support the team by working closely with production to optimize the operation, while upholding quality and safety standards. Troubleshooting and repairing motor control circuits, electrical wiring, panels, and cabinets, as well as programmable logic control applications. I have experience programming Fanuc robots, and optimizing Fanuc programs to increase cycle time, while maintaining the integrity of the equipment and fixtures; some examples of this include teaching and modifying points, welds, moves, terminations, and verifying robot paths. Experience with basic ABB robotic operations as well. Some of my other daily duties include; timely repair of production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime, ensuring safety controls are in place and operational, assisting in the training of operators, verifying quality and assisting to resolve quality issues.
