• Brought on as a Manager in training after nine weeks of training I was placed into a store in a very challenging area. After one year I was moved into a very high profile store and have performed at the top of my District in sales increase, customer service and reduction control.

• Scope of responsibility include customer service, inventory control, coordinating delivery, receiving all merchandise from venders, internal store transfers.• Position entails loading and unloading of trucks, audits of special order products, coordinating maintenance of all equipment , receiving of all merchandise in accounting system and maintaining store standards in stock room.

• Managed the day to day operation of two regional pizza franchises specializing in pickup and delivery service, which rapidly became top performers out of 300 stores company wide. • Position entailed hiring and training 200 employees throughout the course of management, monitoring food preparation and quality control, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, accountable for profit and loss statements.

• Scope of responsibility included overseeing customer service and satisfaction, inventory and cash control, implementing and enforcing store standards, and merchandising the sales floor. • Position also entailed helping kick off the new commercial sales program working directly with independent automotive repair shops to help gain trust and build a successful business for both Autozone and the independent shop owners.
