I am currently employed within the food manufacturing industry within Somerset, UK.Producing goats cheese and soft cheese products for Lubborn creamery which is part of the lactatilis group. The products are high end and packaged for multiple high street stores, supermarkets and other food manufacturers.I have 10 years previous experience in the tourism and leisure industry across Europe, running teams and sites both in France, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands. My original background was within the aviation industry working in the manufacturing of ground support equipment for multiple countries and clients, both civilian and defence.
