Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Rucker Investments, a private investment and family office practice group. Prior to my current role, I was a corporate attorney in private practice, where I advised business clients on transactional matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, fund formation, structuring issues, contract drafting, and corporate governance.Before attending law school, I played professional hockey in France for a year after graduating from Saint Michael's College. While at St. Mike’s I also co-founded Hope Happens Here, a 501(c)(3) that promotes mental-health awareness and wellness, particularly amongst student-athletes.
